Please contact my office as our guarantee is to reapply the weed control serivce at no charge within 5-7 days if the customer request it to be done. Our office schedules 4 weed control treatments during the course of the entire season, two of them at no charge. If you require more because of the orginal state of your lawn, rain soon after the service was applied or any other reason we will do so at no charge. I am unsure if you are in my service area but if there was every a service invoice left without a service being performed contact us immediatley as this is something we take very seriously.

Unfortunately based on your posting you might be outside of my service area and if so when you do call my office we will direct you to the proper franchise.

If there are any questions or concerns with your lawn please call my office and we will be glad to help. The service was either grub control or a granular seed and feed that they would of recommended depending on your lawn conditions. Grub control should be applied in September and the granular seed and feed should be applied only in the growing seasons, April-May or Sept-Oct. We take pre-orders for these services during the season and apply them at the appropriate time always. There are weeds in lawns right now because it's the second full growing season for them and in this extreme heat we have to wait a couple of weeks before sparying them when it cools off alittle. In any of our programs you are only charged for 2 weed controls and if any more are required they are applied at no extra cost throughout the season. Please call my office so we can look at your account and answer any questions you might have.

There is no need to every buy extra weed controls with Weed Man we don't charge for extra weed controls unlike our competetion, we do unlimited reapplication if needed at no extra cost. Please call my office and ask for me so I can resolve your concerns and get you the results that we both expect from our serivces.
