In short, a nightmare. I had for the last 2 years with many many phone calls, pictures and zero results. They even started again this year although I did not order - said I was on "continuous service". The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I manually weeded and fertilized this year with fantastic results. Never ever do business with them
