I understand that you are willing to resolve this account now at a large discount, but after so many years removed from when we serviced your lawn to state that our company is a 0 or a joke in any industry is completely inappropriate.

I understand your concerns but the animals digging, (raccoons,skunks) are a creature of habit and even if the grubs are gone they will still look for a food source that they were once able to find. Please call your local office and I know they will do everything they can to help their customer. I am unable to address your concerns any further as you are not serviced by my franchise and I do not have access to your account. I would ask that Homestars removes this review from my franchise's records.

At no time will Weed Man add any additional services to at customers account without authorization. When we call or we always ask for Mrs. or Mr. ______ of the household to discuss any additional services that might be recommended. If someone at the household answers your phone and declares themselves the Mr. or Mrs. of the household and orders an additional service than that service when applied to your property should be paid for. I do apologize if we left your gate open as this is part of our company policy to respect our customers properties as if it was our own. Please call my office to resolve your concerns.
I am dissappointed that you were not happy with the services we provided. Our tecnicians arrive on our customers property on the average about once a month. They will notice if there is a weed issue and will rush out your next scheduled weed control if needed. Please call my office to discuss these concerns. Please contact your local Weed Man office as I am sure they would like to resolve this matter as you are out of my territory .

The only way to prevent weeds is to have a thick lawn. All weed controls have always been a contact treatment and always will be. When weeds grow and they always will we spray them and they should turn black and die, if they don't or come back to life please let us know and we will reapply the product at no charge. Crabgrass is a separate treatment and can only be applied in April as a perventative treatment and there is no longer a treatment that kills crabgrass once it grows. I am unable to look up your account information but I would assume that it was not included in your program as it is very expensive and a service we don't want to upsell our cusotmers on as we don't know if you will need it until it grows in July. Once we know it has become an issue we would recommend it for the following spring. Please call my office to go over this in more detail please.
