Tom responded quickly to my emergency service call to change the locks. He was friendly, easy to work with, and very professional, especially considering the sensitive nature of the call. Tom did excellent top quality work, made sure that he confirmed every step he was taking with me, and charged fair prices . Some of the other companies I called from HomeStars were either rude or didn't call back (likely because it's a weekend). However, Tom made the effort to come to the service call at my convenience. He also has a lifetime guarantee on his work.

10 stars for Tom! After having seen all the great reviews on HomeStarts, I contacted Victory Locks Ltd on Friday about having our locks re-keyed on our newly purchased home. Tom was very pleasant to speak to and scheduled to come the day after, on Saturday. He arrived on time and was very informative and patient with any questions we had. He even went above and beyond his services by taking a look at another issue that I hadn't mentioned during our phone call. I will definitely use Tom from here on for any locksmith services.

We hired Tom to re-key the locks on our new house based on the excellent reviews on Homestars and we were not disappointed. Tom was efficient, informative, and very pleasant to deal with. He did exactly what we asked for, didn't try to oversell us on any extras, even gave us additional keys at no charge. There were no surprises with the bill or any hidden charges, the amount quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid. We recommend Tom without reservation and will not hesitate to hire him again.

While we were in Florida this year, the person looking after our house informed us that the lock on our front door was broken and could not be opened. After looking on HomeStars, I contacted Victory Locks and spoke with Tom. We arranged for him to meet our friend at the house. He arrived promptly then, quickly and efficiently, installed the new deadbolt. He also rekeyed the lock so that our existing keys would work. This was a relief as several people had keys to the house and were checking it during our absence. We were very glad to be saved the effort of having new keys made and distributed.

Tom was great to work with. He came over to replace some locks and put them all on the same key set - he properly adjusted the locks to seal the exterior doors and was a great educator and entertainer at the same time. I would happily recommend him to others and use him again if needed.

We moved into our new home on Saturday. Tom came by around 4:00pm after our movers had gone. He was a pleasure to deal and what he charged was very reasonable for what he did (re-keying of 5 doors in our home). I would not hesitate to call him again.
