I needed my new resale home re-keyed (three exterior doors). Tom arrived when he said he would. He also made upgrades in hardware quality and function which I didn't think of (such as having all locks keyed alike). Tom provides plenty of extra keys as well. A pleasure to deal with.

Tom provided responsive and efficient service. He offered advice that reflected his wealth of knowledge and experience regarding locks and security. Initially contemplating the cost of this project was difficult. It has now been a few months since he installed it and I have had no regrets. it is "quality"and meets my needs.

I had checked Home stars and reviews before calling Victory Locks, and let me say that I am thankful of this website. I was so pleased with Tom's service. My husband called him on a Saturday regarding our front door lock and Tom was right away there in Sunday to have our locks changed and might I add to a better QUALITY.!!! He was very friendly and quick as well:) Thanks Tom... I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I urgently needed to have my locks changed and called Victory Locks based on the great reviews on Homestars. Tom was very accomodating especially given that it was the Thursday before Labour Day weekend. He came out to our home right on time (a little early in fact!) that evening and was able to change out all of the dead bolts and replace them with the new locks we had purchased. Tom was very informative and was great to deal with. His pricing was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Tom was friendly and thoughtful and great to deal with. He came on the same day I called him, at the time I suggested based on my availability. He replaced our aging locks with new, premium quality locks that were miles ahead of those we had. He gave us extra keys and cleverly ensured that both of the new locks worked with just one key. We hope we don't have to change the locks again soon, but if we did, or had other security needs, we'd definitely call Tom. He provides great service and shares great stories from his adventures in locksmithing!

Tom came to our home and was very sociable and easy going. He changed all of the locks in our home, installed bars in the window and advised us on security. In particular he made recommendations of items that we didn't need to change and so saved us some money. He also dropped me off at the auto mechanic so I could pick up my car.

Tom was really great and lovely to deal with. He answered my call on the 2nd ring and was able to book an appointment to come see us that same night.

He was early and his great attitude made him great to deal with. He has tons of knowledge about his craft and really took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why.

We'd recommend Victory Locks to everyone and will use them again in the future.

We moved into a new home (but was a resale) and was unsure who had copies of our keys. I gave Tom a call on a Friday evening and he came by the next morning (on time). Tom explained the mechanics of the lock types and then we selected the locks that worked best for us. Tom did his best to match the colours, and in about 30 minutes we had new locks, working off the same key, on all the doors. He gave us enough copies to keep us happy. Tom kept everything clean and was really nice.

When I called Victory Locks, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to the Owner Tom. He was polite, professional and accommodating to my schedule. Tom visited my place, reviewed the situation and provided his expert opinion on the status of the locks. He provided a solution that was affordable and timely. A great pleasure to have met you and would recommend to anyone who requires a professional locksmith.
