We highly recommend Steve/Maple Leaf. We had an issue with our garage door not opening on the weekend and called him early on a Sunday morning. He took the call and did some troubleshooting over the phone. We texted him some Iphone pics and he was able to see what parts he might need. Once he had an idea of possible problems, he gave us an estimate of costs. He worked with our schedule to come for the repair early on a Wednesday morning. When he got there he quickly diagnosed the problem, priced it, got our approval, and let us know how long it would take. He was in and out in an hour and our door works perfectly now. He said he would email an invoice, and he did. Very happy with Maple Leaf.

Tom was friendly and thoughtful and great to deal with. He came on the same day I called him, at the time I suggested based on my availability. He replaced our aging locks with new, premium quality locks that were miles ahead of those we had. He gave us extra keys and cleverly ensured that both of the new locks worked with just one key. We hope we don't have to change the locks again soon, but if we did, or had other security needs, we'd definitely call Tom. He provides great service and shares great stories from his adventures in locksmithing!
