I just wanted to thank you again for the amazing job you guys did moving me.

I work in the service industry and I understand the importance of doing a quality job while meeting the customer's demands. And I know it's not always easy!

Dwayne, Ashok and Bikram were wonderful. They worked hard, and were careful with all my belongings.

They never stopped or slowed down, and were very friendly with me and my father.

This was my first time using a moving company and it was truly a wonderful experience. My father (who has used a number of movers in the past) and I both agree we would recommend your service to anyone we know.

Another highlight for me was the online quote form. I filled it out at midnight Wednesday evening, and received a friendly phone call first thing Thursday morning with a quote and I was able to book right away.

Someone here at work referred me to Two Small Men for our move from an apartment to a house. The move went really smoothly, even after a thunderstorm hit just as we were moving into the house. The guys were great and I've already started recommending them to others.

I just recently moved from Toronto to Vancouver. It was a very large move, 5 bedroom house. I hired Two Small Men With Big Hearts to assist me with my move. Terry was very professional and always available to answer questions. He provided me with a detailed estimate. Nothing was overlooked. Our move took 2 days to load as we required them to pack everything as well. We also shipped our vehicle which was great as the vehicle ended up being shipped on the same trip with our household items. We ended up filling that trailer up. All the workers were very pleasant and worked very hard. Therefore, if anyone is reading this, do not hesitate to contact Two Small Men With Big Hearts. We paid exactly what we expected. They were AMAZING.

I used them when I moved in November I believe. I had seen their trucks around the city and decided to give them a try. They were very efficient and great. Great guys.

Many of us are too busy to take the time to complete these online surveys about companies. Also, often when I source companies and read "the review" I often wonder "who writes these, are they real or written up by an owner or employee". I am here to tell you that I am a customer and this is a real testimony. I am familiar with big moving companies however I met this company by seeing their catchy trucks one day while driving...I stopped and asked for the business card. I tried them out and never looked back as have used them three times. Moving, as I have done much over the past few years, can be very stressful and costly, however Two Small Men with Big Hearts are very good and fit the pocket book of many average users. Yes, at times new crew members are added and need to be trained however they are open to the constructive input and do a great job. From wrapping of furniture in plastic wrap, which is very beneficial, to wrapping furniture on the truck again with their blankets...well the experience was well done. They also unwrap everything, place the furniture and boxes in rooms where you instruct them, and clean up the mess. I would highly recommend it.

Moving company is professional, courteous and fair. Quick estimate was provided. No suprise charges at the end of the move. Movers were professional, courteous and efficient.

We are pleased to have used Two Small men with Big Hearts twice....once for a large-house move about 5 years ago, and then again 2 years ago for a smaller move for one of our kids. We did much of the box packing ourselves, so Two Small Men were basically hired to move the boxes, the large furniture, and appliances to the new locations. On both occasions, we were very pleased with the professional workmanship from the movers, and with the courteous nature of the office staff! The movers did an excellent job...they were friendly....they did what was expected....AND they finished within the quoted time frames. We would certainly call on them again for the next move.
