An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just wanted to thank you again for the amazing job you guys did moving me. I work in the service industry and I understand the importance of doing a quality job while meeting the customer's demands. And I know it's not always easy! Dwayne, Ashok and Bikram were wonderful. They worked hard, and were careful with all my belongings. They never stopped or slowed down, and were very friendly with me and my father. This was my first time using a moving company and it was truly a wonderful experience. My father (who has used a number of movers in the past) and I both agree we would recommend your service to anyone we know. Another highlight for me was the online quote form. I filled it out at midnight Wednesday evening, and received a friendly phone call first thing Thursday morning with a quote and I was able to book right away. Overall it was a great experience, keep up the good work.
