Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile

Great showroom & Tiles. However their customer service is where I think I made my decision not to go with them for my next few projects. I believe this was around the time when some of their (friendly and nice) employees had quit. and maybe it effected their customer service. Some of the employees at the front desk/order desk was a pain to deal with. I hope they hire some new people who are more friendly and welcoming.

I purchased a $1000.00 worth of tile for my front a back porch last year, it looks like slate and is black in colour. The tile is really nice but I did not think about the effects of the dirt and the elements. The tile look constantly dirty even after it was washed. I went back and explained my concerns to the staff in the showroom and they were very helpful and recommended a sealer, it did the job beautifully and now I love my tile again. It is so easy to clean now and really does look nice. I am happy again. Thanks!

Of the dozens of tile stores visited, we bought most from Tierra Sol because of great deals & excellent expert consultation advice from Ruth. Due to their wide selection of products, our floor, backsplash & tub deck tiles coordinate amazingly with the rest of the house.

Was not pleased with the service. I had an issue with an invoice and it took a great deal of time to get sorted out. The service was not all that great. Would look into using another store for my next renovation project.

We were looking for something that made a statement for our fireplace facade and our bathroom tub. We chose the 3/4 inch mosaic glass and 1" glass tile product respectively. The look is amazing, and garners multiple compliments from visitors to our home. If you are looking for a high end tile supplier with great selection then take the time to check them out. Customer service wasn't "awesome", but there were no issues to speak of.
