From initial over-the-phone questions on installation answered in great detail, including price breakdowns; to our first in-store visit with easy to view samples, prices, and great Q&A help from the staff.
Our in-home estimate & review w/ Allan was on-time, quick & clear and we were scheduled by Andrew a few day later. Installation was scheduled a short time later and completed by Wojtek & team in 2 days (approx 900 sq.ft. 2 floors, whole home) and was done flawlessly and cleanly. We think the Floor Shop is great value, service, and delivers quality workmanship.
