I didn’t listen and am paying the price

From what Im reading, most appliance retailers are horrible but they really cant be worse than these guys. They gave me a slightly better deal than the others but at this point I would pay the extra for actual service.

Another person put it best saying that were their credit line. They made a mistake and put down the wrong delivery date, then proceeded to give away my appliances even though I actually needed it a month later. This was all done even though I had paid for the appliances a year before so that I wouldnt be in the mess Im currently in.

When they acknowledged that mess up they offered me a loaner fridge ( they had two at that moment) I agreed then a week later only after i called I was told that it was now not available. I can keep going with all of this but all I want to get across is BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

used as a credit of line by TASCO

I am just another customer used as a line of credit by Tasco.
I bought 10k+ worth in appliances in May and they assured me an early delivery as early as mid June. ("Things are moving fast".)
They told me once the appliances were ready for delivery I would have received a link to pay the balance, which I was instructed to pay promptly. Early June, I paid as soon as I received the link to soon find out the only few appliances were available. Tasco did not even offer separate delivery free of charge and I am still waiting to know if and when my fridge will be available. I called Customer Service countless times but each person I spoke with keeps telling me a different estimate date for delivery. Now my kitchen will be assembled in two weeks, the guys are coming from out of town and I do not know what I will do if I do not get the fridge in time.
What makes me furious is that I paid in full for my order months before receiving it or knowing when I would be receiving my items. I did not expect to be used as a line of credit by such big company. If Tasco does not have the appliances that have been paid in full, they should not sell them. This behavior is beyond acceptable! I will never buy from Tasco again!

Appalling standards

This company is in disarray. We ordered all new appliances for two new builds, paid in advance and had delivery days set up only to learn nothing was available. On the second batch, they could only deliver washer, dryer, stove and hood. Then they tried to sing us for a second delivery charge for a fridge and microwave and later agreed to waive it. The fridge never came so we got it no problem from Beat Buy. Then they said to pick up the microwave but our (wonderful) salesman said it wasnt in the store. Then we got texts and emails to book delivery and I took a day off work. Then a call on delivery day to say I had to go to the store or pay. The store checked and of course its not there. So Ive lost a day of work , had to pay twice to have appliance installation and still zip from Tasco. Avoid! Their delivery department is in disarray and nobody cares.

Dacor appliances - Received a substitute refrigerator without our knowledge

We purchased our Dacor kitchen appliances prior to the pandemic for our new home. Due to extensive delays in the construction industry, we contacted our salesman, Kanwal , on numerous occasions , asking if our appliances were still available and were assured they were. In addition, we visited the store in person in December 2021 and we were once again assured all was available. We purchased the Dacor Modernist package as we absolutely loved the refrigerator! Unfortunately, upon delivery we noticed the refrigerator has been replaced with a newer model which we consider plain without the handles, and were then informed It had been discontinued a year prior!Once again, we contacted Kan and he could not understand why we were upset. A simple communication could have given us the chance to select another make or model. We spoke to the store Manager Paul, and he had the audacity to tell us if we returned it we would have to pay a fee. This is absolutely the worst service we have ever received. I can guarantee you we will never ever purchase or recommend Tasco Mississauga.

Shockingly Poor

Kitchen renovation. Ordered all appliances from Tasco and was delighted to do ‘1 stop shopping’. I do not know how these people are still in business. This is NOT a supply chain issue (though that is an issue too, it’s beyond their control). I am only writing about what they can control. There is no communication, coordination or customer service in this company. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and everyone points at everyone else and nothing happens for the customer. Zero service. Beyond “give me your credit card” the sales people do not help customers. Period. They point to Delivery. Delivery folk try but their job is delivery, not customer service. I ordered in September. In January I started trying to find my appliances elsewhere. Got all the exact same things elsewhere, delivered the same week, no problem. Done. Save yourself the aggravation- shop elsewhere.

worst customer service

Went to Tasco's Toronto store a month ago to order a new washer and dryer. We already knew what we wanted, just needed the units ordered. We picked Tasco because we have a $675 credit to use. Four weeks later, the units have not been ordered because the sales team can't apply the credit without permission from "head office". Head office says it's given permission. Long story short, this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Calls and emails are going unanswered. And my laundry is piling up.

Go anywhere but Tasco for your appliance needs.

Ordered machines in stock, online confirmed it and still waiting 6 months later

I spoke to a sales representative who recommended I order machines online as they were showing in stock so I did that. A few days later, I had a delivery scheduled. After a week, that delivery date was cancelled. I'm pretty sure they gave my machines away. It's 6 months in and i'm being told that I have to wait another 2 months. Everytime I call, it's a month or two away. I would not, will not ever ever ever buy or recommend anyone use Tasco again. Not only are they not apologetic, they offer no alternatives or incentives. Terrible customer service. They have my money in full and I have nothing.

Don’t Buy From Them

They sold us a Panasonic microwave and trim kit. The trim kit was the wrong size. I realized this after almost completing the installation. I checked the manufacturer’s website and confirmed that this trim kit does not match the microwave. Tasco should have known this, but they have ghosted me and never replied to emails. I contacted Tasco after-sales service and they agreed that I was sold the wrong trim kit and they provided me with a service ticket. They too have ghosted me. I have been forced to call them and in three subsequent phone calls to service, they have backtracked and told me that they now need to determine if I am at
fault.

Lesson: read the other reviews for Tasco. Buy from a company that has a great return policy. Read the fine print for Tasco return policy (they reserve the right to refuse, which means they will refuse).

No customer service

What is worst then bad customer service. No customer service. We ordered our appliances in August 2020. Recieved 2 out of 4 in October and December. Not once were we called to notify us of delays and estimated dates of arrival. We had to contact TASCO ourselves. Each time we phone we were told a new date. In early May 2021 yet another phone call to Tasco determined they did have our dishwasher in stock which they promptly delivered damaged. I currently have been storing this damaged dishwasher in my home for 1 month with Tasco refusing to send a new one. Instead they had GE contact us to “replace” the damaged part which still has yet to be fixed. Discussions with GE we determined that Tasco told them our dishwasher was used and therefore they didn’t want to replace it. It is June 13th I still have no dishwasher installed or repaired and still am waiting on my fridge. This has been the worst buying experience ever and I employee everyone to not spend your money with Tasco.

Worst experience

I had one of the worst experience at tasco

I bought $22k worth of appliances in September and to be delivered in may next year

I added an extra fridge in 2 months before delivery

I had my delivery tomorrow and installation day after I took a day off work and I won’t be paid now I have been told order is delayed who is going to compensate for the money I am losing money due to being off work for tasco?

Will it be someone from communityManager@tasco.net ?? Or will it be salesperson Tianna ? Or will it be delivery guys ?

Thanks to your bad service

I got to know that my order and experience has been messed up by tasco it won’t be delivered on time even though I orderd long back also I won’t be getting extra fridge anytime soon I tried to complain but

Salesperson was not reachable today nor the manager of salesperson

I called multiple times for delivery and was told I will get a call from a supervisor soon

I have not got a call at all

That too when tasco has taken all my money upfront

I don’t know what to call Tasco’s service will like to give negative stars if possible

Extremely bad experience

Will definetly ask all my friends to never buy from here
