Tasco failed to realize that the appliance delivery was going to be 1 range short. Went ahead anyway which resulted in a duplication of work to properly cover access floors in a condo with strict rules. Whilst our rep has repeatedly attempted to get “the powers that be” respond to his emails some weeks have passed without any word.
Such a pity as simple changes to / reinforcement / training of good process could avoid this happening and wrecking the overall customer experience.
