WARNING! Quick to blame Manufacturer.
Basically Tasco shows the homeowner a product's feature's and benefit's, then quotes a price and availability of the product, You then agree with the facts provided, make payment in full as requested then wait for the deleivery date as agreed upon, and wait and wait and wait. Not even a phone call from the sales rep. We call the store, they tell us to call head office. Head office gives us dates that come and go.It goes on and on. To this date, some 60 days later (after being told deleivery would be one week from date of purchase)we are now told that the problem is with the manufacturer and hopefully we will have the product by December and we are still waiting to here from our sales rep.
