in response to a flyer in our local paper i contacted Sure Lock. Their salesman gave me a quote on June 3 which i accepted, Due to conflicting schedules on both sides the work did not start until Aug 2. A crew of 4 young men arrived at 12.00 noon to prepare the job of replacing front steps. They demolished existing steps and part of pad (to plan) and anotherr crew of 3 led by Chris arrived to install sieps. By 3.00 o'clock they had completed the work and were ready to go. All of both crews were pleasamt hard working young people and the steps look fantastic. My only complaint is that i can't contact them to express my satisfactopn and ask if their Service Dept would send someone to repair a chip in centre of steps that could cause someone to trip and which we did not notice .
