Sure-loc completed a project with a backyard neighbour early this year and we were impressed. We then contacted Paul and he has been an amazing sales rep throughout the entire process. The job exceeded our expectations, the employees were very helpful and extremely respectful and it was a fantastic experience to have a large job completed within two days (and to see how the teams work so well together). We want to take this opportunity to thank Paul for being AMAZING and for the men who were so respectful and so diligent in their workmanship at our home.
Why I would not recommend this company to any other family or couple so that they may never experience such disrespect on their very own property is due to the rudeness, unprofessionalism, disrespectfulness and complete negativity that my husband and I had to endure at the hands of the supervisor/money collector named G. My husband and I pride ourselves with the respectful nature that we abide by in our lives. That respect was relayed to the employees of Sure-loc and vice versa. However, in the two days that we were left to communicate with G, we felt both verbally and emotionally abused on our very own property and in front of our 5 and 3 year old daughters.
I called my backyard neighbour and asked if they had had any contact with G. After a brief chuckle, my neighbour described an incident where his wife and G were arguing so intensely that his 20-year old daughter had to come between her mom and G. Had he mentioned this incident to me beforehand, I would not have chosen this company to work with.
Both my husband and I have been left to feel anger, sadness and defeat for allowing an individual to be a part of our lives that brought so much negativity to our lives in such a short but impactful moment. Unfortunately, while G was screaming at us loud enough for the entire street to hear while on our porch, we asked for her to send another individual to collect the rest of the money so that we did not have to continue dealing with her insane and irrational behaviour. She threatened that we are refusing payment and that she would have her staff remove all of the work that they had just spent two days completing. Based on the threats and the need for the madness to end, we paid her and she was on her way.
Sure-loc interlocking....for all of your customers who do not deserve the treatment from this extremely disrespectful individual and for the employees who have to put up with her insanity while the owners are off to the next job....PLEASE realize the impact she is making on our lives and that we do not ever deserve this type of treatment.
