Staples Business Depot

Staples Williams Lake B.C. has absolutely wonderful customer service. I have purchased two computer's from this store - the staff are courteous and sooooo helpful. Tammy Woodcocks Banks is soooo acomodating. I would refer anyone I know to purchase from Staples Williams Lake. I am Thankful

Had to go to this location as the laptop I was looking for was not found at the location nearest to me. The laptop was on clearance and pretty much sold out everywhere. The technology associate was nice enough to reserve it for me over the phone. I went into to the store and asked about the laptop; which by now had probably been sold out all over the city, he went to the back and in a few minutes brought it out for me. I was really happy I that I had acquired a new laptop worth over $899 for about $600. Unfortunately I didn't get the associates name, but I think the customer service at this location is better than most of the locations in Scarborough.

I went to Staples to buy my daughter a new printer for university. I wasn't sure which one to buy and the young fellow who helped me was so helpful and unbiased in his opinion. He eventually recommended an HP inkjet and it was so easy to use and very fast.
We had originally budgeted about $200 for a printer but he saved us money and helped us buy a great little printer for half of what we intended to spend.
Very good customer service.

It was a neat and tidy store. The category in the store is very well equipped. I asked the staff where I could find the binders, the just showed me the aisle and I could find it very easily.

I bought a mouse and keyboard combo at this place and they had a mail in rebate (logitech wireless). The process to get the forms all filled in and being accessable was great. however, logitech never followed through and i didnt' get rebate back. not sure if its logitech or staples, but i didn't bother with it. takes so long for the rebate anyway.

went for a shredder. staff was knowledgeable and explained the different features of the shredder and what to look for according to needs. friendly and spent time to help decide and also suggested warranty fron staples.
