spiros roofing put new 30 year shingles on my home. They did a terrific job, very proffesional, great price. I am very happy and have reffered to many neighbors. They met with me to show the different shingles available for my home and gave me some great options.

Spiros Aluminum & Roofing Inc installed the 30 year shingles and an additioanall wirlybird vent in a professiional manner. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. The use of a soft tired diposal bin removed any concerns about driveway damage. Spiros, yes you do actually talk with the owner, answered all the questioned posed before, during and after the installation honestly. We where very pleased with the work done.

In June of 2009 Spiros installed a new roof for me, on time as promised and at a good price. The workmanship of his crew and cleanup after the work was completed was excellent.

After some manufacturer defects appeared with the shingles in October, Spiros filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer on my behalf on his own initiative.

Since then he has taken extraordinary time in providing advice and follow-up support of the claim.

It is refreshing to deal with a person who stands behind his warranty and makes his customers’ satisfaction his top priority

I was looking for a roofer since the beginning of this year. Went into Homestars and read a few of the reviews and got some recommendations from friends. I got to talk to a few of the companies and got some quotes. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Spiro from " Spiros Aluminum and Roofing". Spiro was most informative on what I needed and what I didn't need. From the beginning he went on the roof and inspected it and showed me a few possible areas that could be problematic. He was able to educate me on the procedure and the products that would be used and the guarantees that went with them. His quote that he gave me was very reasonable for the size of the roof that I have. Within a week the materials were dropped off and the job was done. His workers were very efficient and polite. We contracted 5 roofing companies including Spiros Aluminum & Roofing for a quote to replace our roof in 2005. We looked quotes from all these companies.

What made our decision to sign a contract with Spiros Aluminum & Roofing was the fact that Spiros came to our home himself. He took the time to assess the condition of our roof and recommend a solution.

The crew arrived on the scheduled date and were finished by the end of the day. They removed the old shingles, and installed the new ones. They worked in a very clean manner. All the debris was cleaned up during and after the job.

And now for the best part.

Yesterday (March 18th 2010) I noticed some shingles were rippped off the roof at the back of our house. There is rain in the forcast for tomorrow. I called Spiros Aluminum & Roofing and left a message explaining my concerns. I spent a sleepless night worrying about the roof.

Spiros called me today (March 19th 2010) and after I explained our problem in deatil, he arrived at my home within an hour. Spiros personally did the repair on the spot. That was amazing. Customer service at its finest!!

Spiros exceeded any of our expectations to make sure our roof was repaired and watertight.
