Zachos Construction is truly a company that is dedicated and meticulous with every detail of their work. Kosta and his father Christos, are always there from the beginning making sure the stonework in our backyard and front turned out better than we could imagine. Kosta and team are very easy to talk to and will let you know if something will work. My husband and I took them up on some of their ideas that made our home look even more beautiful. Zachos construction is reasonable in price and the team is very clean and does not leave until everything is done. I was looking for a roofer since the beginning of this year. Went into Homestars and read a few of the reviews and got some recommendations from friends. I got to talk to a few of the companies and got some quotes. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Spiro from " Spiros Aluminum and Roofing". Spiro was most informative on what I needed and what I didn't need. From the beginning he went on the roof and inspected it and showed me a few possible areas that could be problematic. He was able to educate me on the procedure and the products that would be used and the guarantees that went with them. His quote that he gave me was very reasonable for the size of the roof that I have. Within a week the materials were dropped off and the job was done. His workers were very efficient and polite.
