Spiros replaced the roof on my first home about 15 years ago, so when I needed a new roof on my current house, I went back to look at my old bungalow and the roof was still perfect so I had Spiros do my new roof and it's perfect as well. I even had him replace the eaves on my house as the previous ones where leaking and they are the best ones in my neighbourhood as well.

My mother was a past customer of Spiros. She had two roofs installed by him. She advised me to call and get a quote and get him to do the job. I did and I have never looked back. I am extremely happy with the excellent workmanship, cleanup and customer service that Spiros offers and his quote for the job was less than three other contractors. He even patched up a portion of my roof where tiles had blown off in the wind, prior to doing the job to avoid any water damage to my home. I recommend Spiros Aluminum and Roofing highly!!!

5years ago, the representative from Spiros Aluminum & Roofing came out to provide us with a quote when promised and the work was competently completed in a timely manner, with all debris removed from the property. The firm was asked to return for some corrective maintenance about one year later and did a satisfactory job. 5 years have passed, since the original work was done and I was pleasantly surprised when we called the company to come to the house for some minor maintenance (some flashings and tiles had lifted) and the response was immediate (same day service).We are happy with their overall after-service commitment.

I got referred to this company from my another family member. After getting 4 quotes, Spiros beat the competition. Great service, good price and excellent follow up service.

Spiro from spiros aluminum and roofing came to my house for a repair on my roof. A few weeks ago, heavy rain and high winds blew out a number of shingles from my roof. I had water coming into my master bedroom. When i called Spiros he attended my address within a couple of hours. Spiros (the owner) repaired the leak immediately. He was professional and very reasonable at his price. I have given his number to family friends that are in the market for roofing. Thank you soo much Spiros for you speedy repair work!

Spiros Aluminum & Roofing was recommended by one of my friends. Spiros provide me a quote with good price for 30 year shingles with ice shield and 2 turbine vents. His professional crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled in one day, the roof looked great and cleaned up the site and left it in a perfect condition. About 16 days ago, Spiros and his professional crew re-roofed our home. Spiros was recommended by a neighbor of ours. We saw several other homes in our neighborhood done by Spiros, so we did not hesitate. We have a very high roof with an abrupt slope, so it would be quite a challenge, however, Spiros' professionals were absolutely amazing! They finished it in three days, the roof looked great and the grounds were spotless. I recommend Spiros' company wholeheartedly! Spiros is a true gentleman and is a people person who is reasonable and personable. Go for it, you won't be sorry!!

Spiros Koutsoulianos was very helpful, he went an extra mile to explain the job and get our business. He did not pressure us into making our decision. very friendly and professional conduct. His workers were very cortious and careful at the job site. did the job

Spiros told me what I didn't want to hear. That in order to be totally dry that I would have to replace a DYI roof that I had done in the Fall. The Skylight that I put in was wrong. He said that all could be left as is but it would probably leak in time. Spiros Made promises that he kept. Did more than he promises and was not pleased until I was Happy.
