Called Spiros for a quote and he came by my house on the same day. He gave me a Very good quote to re-shingle my roof and replace my eavestroughs. I had contacted 5 contractors and felt the most confident with Spiros. Spiros guys did a great job with the roof and the eaves, After everything was done they also did a great job with cleanup. Highly recommend. A+

When looking for a contractor to re-shingle my roof and change my eaves as well as fascia I gathered quotations from 6 contractors. When it came down to selecting a contractor I found Spiro of Sprios Aluminum and Roofing the most professional as well as knowledgeable. I had unconditional confidence that he could complete the job at hand with great craftsmanship. He arrives to your home with a large crew to complete the job efficiently. By the time I got home from work my home's roof had been re-shingled and a day later all the aluminum had been changed.

Before my consultation with Spiro I had done my research on the type of shingle I wanted (Architectural) and the colour I planned to use. Spiro agreed that architectural shingles should be placed on my house but when I told him I wanted to go with Dual Black as the colour of my shingle he disagreed. He advised me that he had been in the business for 25+ years and has seen all types of homes. He recommended Heatherwood should be used as the colour of my roof and said the colour of the aluminum I had chosen (Sand) would look better with Heatherwood. I was reluctent to use Heatherwood but eventually went with it.

In the end, just as I had originally thought the craftsmanship was second to none and to top it off I have received numerous compliments from my neigbours on the colour co-ordination of my roof and new aluminum.

Excellent service! Spiros came to estimate quickly and was done the roof the same week. We had an emergency scenario and he and his crew came before things got worse! He also came back when there was some raccoon damages over the winter and repaired the new roof quickly and without question. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were very pleased with the performance, hard work and quality of the work done. Spiro was very clear in explaining and outlining the work to be done and the benefits of certain aspects such as turbine vents for better air circulation. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning up debris afterward. Spiro's price was fair and we felt very confident in his word and promise of satisfaction. Spiros Aluminum and crew came and put on a new roof and new eavestroughs on our home a week or so ago and we are ecstatic about the job they did. The new roof and new eaves make our 1964 house look beautiful. Spiros and crew did an amazing job not only with that but we were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and care they took in the small details of the job. The cleanup was phenomenal---you couldn't even tell that they had been there---not a bit of debris or garbage left behind. Spiros was extremely professional---came when he said was going to come to do the job, completed the job as promised and his pricing was fair and honest---couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Spiros changed my three cracked skylights and replaced my front door to a solid fiberglass door. They were on time, knowledgable about there products, cleaned up after themselves. The most exceptional service I ever have had. Look forward to doing bussiness with him again.
