Snow Valley Custom Kitchens managed our complete kitchen renovation, including expanded work in our living room and foyer. Not having undertaken a project of this magnitude we appreciated that Snow Valley wasn't just a contractor but a true partner, working with us from concept to design to execution through each stage of the project. Too often a contractor/partner is judged on the finished project alone. However, what's just as important is how that contractor manages and solves the "hiccups" that occur along the way (and there will always be hiccups). Snow Valley not only delivers a beautiful, finished and complete product, they do so with just as much attention to delivering exceptional customer service along the way. We are so happy that we decided to hire Snow Valley to renovate our entire ground floor which included removing 3 walls to create an amazing open concept kitchen. We had previously met with other contractors to discuss our design ideas. Although the other contractors had the qualifications to do the renovations, they lacked the creativity we were looking for. Once we met Rod Snow, we found that he was not only extremely qualified and experienced but he was also personable and sincere. In the end though, it was his kitchen design that sold us. He came up with an plan that no one else had ever suggested and we had never thought of.
This was a major renovation that had us out of the house for four months. We were very realistic and expected that there would be some issues along the way in undertaking such a large scale project. We always had good communication with Rod. He answered calls promptly and always dealt with us fairly. Rod was more than accommodating with the delays that were encountered in waiting for the city for approval on required changes to the building permit as we made alterations that looking back now, made all the difference to the final design.
We would like to thank Rod and his team of great tradesmen who did an amazing job on our renovation . The quality of the work and the materials is outstanding. We are totally satisfied customers and love our new kitchen.

My wife had wanted her kitchen renovated for years. Snow Valley Kitchens and Rod made her dream come true. As any husband knows, a happy wife makes for a happy home. Rod came to our home to discuss our renovations with us. He not only made helpful suggestions with the cabinets and their designs but also with lighting, plumbing, trims, moulding additions and replacements that added so much to the look and feel our home. Rod was always prompt to return our calls with any questions we had. All the work by all the different contractors was basically done on time and any slight delay was dealt with promptly by Rod. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship of all the contractors that Rod supplied to give us our beautiful kitchen, mudroom and laundry room. We have received many complements on the appearance and workmanship of our renovations. We were completely happy with all the products provided and recommended by Snow Valley Kitchens. It was great having Rod supply and deal with all the contractors. We did not have the problem of searching for good contractors or dealing with them. There were no hidden surprises in costs or materials. Rod was always so professional in his dealing with all matters and yet he also felt like a true friend. My wife has always been a fantastic cook who enjoyed being in the kitchen but now she is a cook who loves to be in her new kitchen. Our kitchen has always been the focal point of our home where we spend so much time with relatives and friends. Now it is a stunning focal point.
