Snow Valley Kitchens came highly recommended by friends and neighbours. We purchased a bungalow, which was 20+ years old, and required an update. Rod, the owner, immediately visited our home and fit us into his demanding schedule. What we thought was initially a kitchen and ensuite renovation became a full main floor renovation.
Our first meeting with Rod was in his showroom where we were presented with several options. In addition to selecting cabinets, countertops, hardwood, etc. Rod recommended we accompany him to select tile, appliances, fixtures, bathtub, etc. at several local businesses at discounted contract prices. At our next meeting we were presented with a detailed renovation specification sheet, including 2D drawings, and a very fair payment structure.
Rod and his team of workers and contractors did an AMAZING job. Their PROFESSIONAL hard working work ethic, and QUALITY of custom work, throughout the 6 month renovation, was OUTSTANDING. The timely organization of all contractors and delivery of materials ensured a consistent flow. We were presented with options, like heated flooring in the ensuite bathroom, during the progression of the renovation. The EXCEPTIONAL quality of work and attention to detail transformed our house into an amazing living space that we enjoy and comment on almost everyday. We hired Snow Valley Custom Kitchens and Baths and started our kitchen renovation in February of 2023. We removed a load-bearing wall, new subfloor + tiles, new electrical, relocated plumbing, and new cabinets/countertops/backsplash. We could not be more happy with the final results and we would highly recommend their services. They are responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and skilled in their field. Above all, Rod (owner) and his crew back up their work and are genuine in their care for delivering a quality product and service to their clients. Exceeded all of our expectations!

We first contracted Snow Valley to renovate our bungalow main floor including a new kitchen, all new hardwood flooring and a new stone fireplace. The results exceeded our expectations. Rod and his crew are exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. They are patient, accommodating and professional. Most recently, we had them back to reno our ensuite bath. We didn't think we could be more impressed than the first time, but once again, the results were gorgeous and the workmanship perfection. I have had many renovations and dealings with contractors throughout my lifetime. I can say hands down Snow Valley Kitchens was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The quality of workmanship by all staff was above expectations. There was little to no dust for a job that required the removal of ceramic tiles throughout the whole main floor. There was no mess left anywhere throughout the project on a daily basis. The project was done in two weeks with minimal interruption to our daily routine.

I would highly recommend this company for flooring, kitchen or bath renovations. You won’t be disappointed

Rod was an absolute pleasure to work with - calm, collected, organized and on schedule. He was also very responsive to on-site and last minute adjustments and design changes.
