Frank and his team were quick, easy to deal with and honest from start to end. Communication was excellent and was informed every day of the job progress. Will be referring to friends and family. Thanks again

the were nice at first, job start quickly, but turned into a disaster, toward the end. i had to get another company to redo the entire job. Sentinel Plumbing mention they are the best in the business, i don't see that at all. If you work hard for your money, don't waste it with tem. they will over charge and on the job wrong.

Frank and team did my whole home reno. I'd say things went alright at first, but his team isn't highly focused. They left my home with lines turned off so showers only had scolding hot water and no cold.... my faucets don't sit square. His team dropped plumbing glue all over my polished concrete floor leaving permanent stains. Frank left my sump pump and several other items incomplete and despite trying to get him back, he kept blaming my contractor for missing funds. These guys have probably never seen high end fixtures like Hansgrohe... so don't entrust them to a high end project. Perhaps their wheel house is snaking drains?
