Kitchen renovation

The work was incompentent and sloppy. We hired Tim to demolish a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, gut the existing cabinetry, prepare the walls and ceiling for the new cabinets (which we thankfully ordered from a different company) rough in the plumbing, lay the floor and install the lighting and electrical outlets. It was a nightmare. We have had to hire additional tradespeople to repair the damage that was done to our house. Every tradesperson that has been out to repair the work has been aghast at the incompentency and dangerous manner in which he left our kitchen. Wires were plastered into the walls left dangling without being attached to the breaker electrical boxes too small for the switches- one was even broken and taped up. The dishwasher plumbing rough-in was put in too far from the wall preventing our dishwasher from being installed properly when it arrived (we had to hire a plumber to fix/move it). The sink was roughed in with pipes that weren't attached properly. The pot light holes were drilled too large for the housing (it sank right in). The ceiling has a large slope in it as he claimed it was "too difficult" to make smooth and straight (we've hired someone to fix it). He started to lay slate tiles on our front steps and then halfway through decided it wasn't going to work. We asked him not to come back before the work was complete as we were worried about him doing more damage.

Complete Bathroom reno and partial Kitchen reno

I hired Tim and his team to completely rennovate our basement bathroom. It was an unusual space that had a few pre-existing problems. Tim was full of ideas and did the job very nicely and timely and on budget. His tradespeople that he needed to bring in were all reliable and did a good job as well. Tim is well priced and commited and adds value along the way. My husband and I are very happy at the way things turned out.
