Pottery Barn Canada is very difficult to get in touch with and their online shopping does not allow for customer feedback/reviews on items purchasedhow convenient. This Bottlebrush Christmas tree was not cheap. It too several weeks to arrive. The tree itself sheds glitter like crazy. Unbelievable mess. We shook it outside to try and get rid of some of itbut that was not successful. The photo shows what was laying in the box when it arrivedand it still shed and shed and shed.
