I visited the store on Dundas to discuss options I had regarding changes I wanted to make to my house. The salestaff was very helpful, offering many suggestions that I needed to assess before moving forward with the changes. Of particular note was the suggestion that changing windows could be done with little disruption to my day....a team of professional installers arrived, changed the windows and doors and cleaned up all debris....leaving nothing for me the homeowner to dispose of. This was quite helpful to my decision. I appreciated the time spent with me and expect to be placing an order very soon.

I received expert service from the company. I was particularly pleases with the fact that the product arrived on time and that they kept the appt. As planned...other companies are not so accommodating! Would certainly use their services again! Two thumbs up!

We are very happy with both the quality of the products and the service we received from Pollard Windows. We recommend them to anyone needing windows and doors. They really added style to our custom built home abd the results were excellent.

Pollard delivered and installed the windows when they said they would. Installers were efficient and courteous and they cleaned up after they were done.

Windows OK, Installation by crappy. Exterior caulking missing showing foam insulation numerous places on 15 of the 16 windows. I note problems on installation report Aug. 2009. Have bugged Pollard continuously- suppled photos & as of Apr 2011, still nothing done. Not recommended.

We had our front windows replaced by Pollard windows a month ago and pollard did a wonderful job. Their workmanship was excellant and it was very professional. Their dealings was very professional and nothing to fear about anything. I had the opportunity of dealing with Danny Myles who is a sales associate of the company, and he is very professiaonal and always want to give the best to the customer and very pleasant to deal with him. I have no hesitation in remomending POLLARD WINDOWS to any body and as well as DANY MYLES as for sure from my experice they will do and give their best. Besides they have a best installer by the name of JOE who is also did a wonderful job in installing and doing the exterior capping of the windlows.

We recently replaced our living-room and bedroom (2) windows, Pollard came recommended by friends and as we shopped around found Pollard to be the most competitive in cost and service. we started the process, and Pollard ensured that our requirements were met, the sales rep and installer came over twice to review the various installation requirements we had for the different rooms. The windows came within the specified lead time, which was approximately 8 weeks. Once the windows were available I received a call to schedule the the installation, and a follow up from the installer a night before to confirm. the Installer, Jeff and his crew were great, very professional, they did a great job in installing the windows and left my place spotless. The quality of the windows are great, the bedrooms are now very comfortable a huge improvement from the older aluminum windows, and the noise level from the outside in the living room has decreased dramatically. I will definitely use Pollard again for any future window replacement

The sales rep at the Pollard window was very helpfull with our selection of windows, he should us many finished and types of windows, they installed our windows in a orderly fashion, when they were finished everything was clean up and our windows look beautiful

Our home is 4 1/2 years old and we have had nothing but trouble with our windows. Before we even moved in, 3 windows needed to be replaced as the seal had gone on them. Since then, 6 more windows and my front door have also been affected by broken seals. Sure, the windows are covered, but you have to pay to have each one installed. Unfortunately my half moon window also went in my 2 storey home and I had to pay double to have that window repaired. In the 4 years, we have also been dealing with red, black and green mold buildup in every window. Upon calling the company they say that I have too much moisture in the house and that they would send me out some reading material on how to keep the moisture level at a good level. However, I have only hardwood in the home and we also had the company come out to check our moisture levels as we don't want the hardwood to buckle. Go figure, everything was great and the levels were fine. So please tell me, why the issues with the windows? Pollard can't seem to tell me either, why so many windows are going in our home.
After much complaining and trying to resolve the problem, Pollard did offer a discounted price to replace all the failed units in my home. For this, I am thankful and hopefully this will end all my window nightmares.
