Windows OK, Installation by crappy. Exterior caulking missing showing foam insulation numerous places on 15 of the 16 windows. I note problems on installation report Aug. 2009. Have bugged Pollard continuously- suppled photos & as of Apr 2011, still nothing done. Not recommended.
