Pambis Appliance Service

We noticed a fairly significant leak coming underneath our dishwasher. I found Pambis Appliance Service was highly recommended on the Homestars website and contacted them. I was beyond impressed. They called me back almost immediately. I knew when they were asking about the make, model # and other details about the dishwasher that they were already more professional than other repairmen I have dealt with in the past. When Peter came for the repair appointment he was right on time, he protected our floor with a big drop cloth, and didn't mind our two dogs watching him curiously while he did the repair. He had all the tools and parts necessary for the repair. He quickly replaced the valve underneath the dishwasher and made sure that everything was running smoothly before replacing the kickplate. The entire experience was professional and efficient from first contact through the repair. It gave me a lot of peace of mind, and Pambis appliance will now be our go-to company for any future appliance repairs. Thank you so much!!

Our oven stopped working just before our house went up for sale. He came in and fixed it fairly quickly. He explained what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future, to avoid another service call. He was very personable & knowledgable, and his rate was reasonable. He came exactly when he said he would too (helpful to not have to stay home all day). I'd definitely call him again and strongly recommend Pambis Applicance Services!

We had Pambis come by fix a dishwasher that was not draining properly. He thought it might be a bigger job but it was a simple fix of the drain hose and the unit was not removed from the counter. It was a nice experience. He laid out a blanket to protect the floor and was respectful of our home.
Part 2 I called a few weeks later because it was acting up again. I said it might be best we just get a new one. The owner came buy and cleaned out a food clog, told us we did not need a new one and did not charge us!! Amazing and thanks so much

My dryer stopped working so I called Pambis. Pete was very responsive and came over to take a look very quickly. (I was very impressed that he brought a blanket to lay on the floor in front of my stacked W/D unit to protect the floor as he worked.) He found the problem very quickly (fried thermostat) and had the part on had. Dryer was up and running again in no time! Thanks Pete!

I was having problems with the keypad of my kitchenaid dishwasher. Any button I pressed on would just flash but couldnt select any cycles or even start the machine. After going online and googling my brains out, I got fed up and called Peter from Pambis appliance service. Peter came by and diagnosed a shorted keypad. Within 2 days, Peter came back, installed the new part, and I lost my job as the new dishwasher to my Kitchenaid dishwasher. What a relief, thanks Peter for all your help.

Peter helped us during an appliance crisis in one of our tenanted apartments. His response time exceeded expectations and attention to detail/problem solving instilled much peace of mind for us. Having heard so many horror stories about contractors I was very nervous when I needed some work done. Searching the web I discovered HomeStars and through them Peter Pambis. I had a new gas range delivered the week before Christmas, and had requested connection through the same supplier, somehow my request went astray.
I emailed Peter on the Friday, he called me within an hour and we set an appointment for Monday. Peter let me know he was on his way, turned up on time, disconnected the old range and connected the new with a minimum of fuss and mess. I was extremely happy with Peter’s work and have every intention of using his services again. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone who is looking for service to their appliances.

My washing machine broke Saturday night (wouldn't empty of water) so I called Pambis Appliance immediately. Service call was Monday lunchtime, Pete showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, talked me through my options then fixed the problem without delay. Service was prompt, reliable, and respectful. I'm delighted and I heartily recommend Pambis to anyone.
