David R. Smith Design is a winning design solution for homeowners. David is exceptionally client focussed, a great listener, and confidently efficient. Response times were amazing – on more than one occasion we sent emails while in-store (cabinet and appliance shopping) seeking clarity on measurements. The promptness of his reply saved us hours by not having to make return trips. Design options were creative and well thought out. His understanding of how families need to live (now and as they grow), resulted in a plan that optimizes use of our available space. The process felt more like a fluid conversation versus a transaction – very clear that David has his client’s best interest in mind. Like many other comments listed here, our experience was entirely worry-free. Kudos David, the accolades from everyone here are well deserved.

We had our kitchen cabinets refinished by Greg and his team a number of months ago. Obviously they looked real sharp right away, but I was curious how the finish would withstand the test of time and use. Happy to report the finish is holding up wonderfully! Refinishing was an option we hadn't contemplated, but so thankful we were able to find EcoRefinishers. Cost savings (versus buying new cabinets) allowed for other projects to get completed whereas not otherwise possible on the budget we had allocated. We just had a new Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed by Richard and his team from CoreTemp. Milorad provided tiling service for our bathroom renovation. He was very accommodating & provided a competitive quote - I particularly liked his honesty regarding the difficulty in handling the materials we had chosen. He gave a tidy time frame for which to complete the job and it was done, very well and on time. The oversized floor tile is set on top of a heating system - tiles are very even with barely noticeable transitions between slabs. It's now 3 months after completion and we are very happy with the result. We plan to call on Milorad again for our kitchen. He has a wealth of skill and expertise - It's very evident he takes great pride in his craft.
