Ontario Cool Air Duct Cleaning Ltd

While cleaning the furnace they broke a wire off one of the electrical components. I told them about it and they refuse to accept responsibility. After lots of hounding, they finally agreed that if the error is found to be their fault, they will reimburse me for the furnace repair.

Further they quoted $6.95 per vent with a minimum charge of $150. They cleaned at most 10 vents - $69.50 and charged the minimum of $150. Then they cleaned the condensor coil on the air conditioner for another $30, so the total bill was $180! Why is this not covered in the "minimum" charge?

My advice - DONT USE THESE GUYS
