Mr. Rooter answers calls promptly and send someone immediately. Brian was very knowledgeable, and the work gets done promptly. Although the process is very professional and a contract is drawn up immediately, it feels very corporate and impersonal, with prices taken from a chart and completely not negotiable. I had another small job done at the same time, which required another contract each with its own fuel charge of $15, even though they were here already.
Unfortunately I had blocked drains last year and paid them $5000 and then again this year (right next to the previous year's work) and spent another $2500) As the fault was under the floor it was too difficult to get another opinion as they would have had to push camera down the drains to determine the problem.
