We met Bole in 2017 to get an idea how much it will cost to build a 2nd storey and side addition. We were explained about all the steps how the project will be accomplished, cost was very detailed and clear. We were not ready yet to start the project, we were also concerned about run-away companies, not completing the work on time etc. We felt confident about Modular. We started the project in October 2019 (yes we took long time to make this decision) We met Rahele, Rick Dan, Beli everyone was available to answer any question. It was a very nice journey with Modular. Our project was completed without any gap, problem or argument.
