I called Milani Plumbing for plumbing work regarding the kitchen sink. The technician Indy was very thorough, professional and quick. I would definitely call Milani Plumbing again for future work.

Jeffrey was very professional, listened to what our problem was, went to investigate, provided details about what was the problem and what had to be done to rectify the problem. He then proceeded to correct the problem, and came back with additional recommendations to prevent future problems. Great Job!

From my first call to when the service was completed, I was very satisfied with the work done. The plumber was professional and thorough. However, I was not initially informed of the cost of transit (for the plumber to drive to the worksite) and felt that the additional hour was excessive given a 15-20 minute communte from the office to my home. Upon reviewing the bill felt that I had been overcharged. After discussion with the company they agreed to reduce my billing by an hour, bringing resolution to my complaint.
