Water supply pipe leaked on the weekend. Monday Adam came from Milano plumbing, I knew its going to be a great day the moment Adam arrived. He assessed the problem, went thru all the details needed to be done. Everything was done professionally. Made my morning couldnt be more happier for what hes done. Thank you for an excellent job well done, gave me so much peace of mind now. The staff at Milano all assisted from the phone call to follow ups. Im go grateful you guys are around we can count on.

The technicians Rob and Adrian were very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job. Rob assessed the pipe locations and determined the best way to do the job and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also advised on other work he would recommend for my strata, as he noticed a broken hose bib/valve, and pipes to the sump pump that had connections with rubber and clamps that are not suitable for the pressure of water going thru them. I would use Milani again and I highly recommend them.

Adam the tech was great and pleasant to work with. He looked at the issue at hand got his tools and got right to work.

Our 13 year old furnace stopped working. Sia from Milani did a great job to find the problem and fix the issue. He was professional and honest. We recommend his services and will call Milani again should we have any plumbing or furnace issue.

We had an extreme clog that ended up needing a bigger snake...possibly more... and Rob really tried his best and helped us out thankfully! Professional on time and friendly!

We were very happy how quickly the company responded and how well the job was done. Expensive but worth it...one needs heat on cold days. Just a reminder to workers. When the clients are wearing a mask when they answer your door, that is your cue to put on a mask. Thank you. COVID is still with us and we have a relative who died from it.

Imad was polite and professional as we assessed what may be the cause of the leak. In the end the fix was simple but appropriate. I would work with him again.

We had a plugged main drain in our old building and the water was backing up and flooding the basement. I called Milani this morning and someone was sent a couple hours later.

Weston had all the right tools and experience as well as being friendly and fixed our problems fairly quick. He also gave us some tips and advice to help prevent and prepare for further possible issues in the future.
