The technicians Rob and Adrian were very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job. Rob assessed the pipe locations and determined the best way to do the job and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also advised on other work he would recommend for my strata, as he noticed a broken hose bib/valve, and pipes to the sump pump that had connections with rubber and clamps that are not suitable for the pressure of water going thru them. I would use Milani again and I highly recommend them.
