I had this company to install tankless water heater. The sales person offered me a package of the water heater installation and furnace service which had to do the same day.

Although the workers, who came to install the water heater, refused to service the furnace, they charged me for the furnace service in the receipt.

I called the company. They sent a person to service my furnace the other day. He was very rude.
1. He did not take off his shoes when he entered the house. I asked him whether he had socks to cover his shoes. He said he had while throwing the socks at the floor in front of me. He said even though he wore the socks the floor still would get dirty. Finally he refused to put the socks to cover his shoes.
2. He spent less than 5 minutes to service the furnace by vacuum the furnace and screw something on the furnace. Then he tried to charge me for the service. I told him I already paid on the same day with the water heater installation. He then called the company and stopped asking for the furnace service fee.

3. After that He spent total 1 and a half hour to sell me a new furnace which the price was higher than the salesperson gave me.

Then he called the manager, the manager agreed to give me the price that the salesperson gave me. He tried to force me to sign the contract for new furnace which I refused. I would like to talk to the salesperson instead. He was very angry, walked out of the house and said the company would never give me this price. I was speechless and did not want to have conversation with this greedy and rude person.
Finally, I decided not to have this company to install our furnace.
