Water leaking out around the base of the toilet. Called Milani & they scheduled a technician. Sam arrived on time, replaced the wax seal, cleaned up working area, wrote up the invoice and on his way in an hour. Sam was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with-highly recommend him. 10/10.
Milani followed up with a phone call the next day to ensure we were satisfied with the service. First time experiencing this high level of service.
