We had a ceiling leak and thought that we had an upstairs bathroom leak. Manik looked at it and found it to be snow on the roof that followed the flashing down from the roof to the second level floor. It leaked through to the ceiling of the first floor.
Very professional, polite and on time. Our grumpy dog even liked him.
