The only reason I do not give top-rating for satisfaction is that I have not experienced the heating system's performance with the new settings. The control unit needed re-programming, and this was done. The hot water works now, as it did not before. I was happy that the tech took time to explain the installation to me in detail, as I do not like having technology in my house, which I do not understand.
