We engaged Mike's carpets for the install of laminate in our basement suite. We specifically asked if the flooring we chose had a small pattern, which meant we would see the same boards repeated over and over again. We were assured the print was so big we might never see that same boards for the entire suite. We got a quote for 435sqft plus overage. The installer showed up with less than the minimum needed to complete the floor. The finished job used virtually the same 3 boards throughout because the pattern sucks and the installer was down to scraps to try and finish. And then, we got charged for nearly 100sqft of wastage that never even made it to the job site, the scraps make up a significant amount of my installed floor. Called the office, called Mike, called the office again, and again - No one ever responded - worst customer service ever. I have a complaint in with the BBB and I've frozen my payment through Visa ... good luck to you if you decide to deal with this crook.

As an update, although they don't like being called crooks, they still haven't called me back or made any gesture of acknowledgment. Someone takes your money and charges you for material that never even showed up at the site, and then disappears ... what do you call that?

I am one of Mike's happy customers. I am sure he made many people happy, but I like to believe I am the happiest. My house looks great now. I used to have ugly old carpets, and now I have great oak laminate flooring. Fast, clean, perfect job. Thank you for the great work.

Mike's team was great. I had a small job of replacing the carpet in my living room with laminate flooring and Mikes was the only one who actually showed an interest in the job. My family was coming over for the holidays. It was a last minute plan to have everyone over are house. My carpet was old and made my home looked dirty. I called mikes carpet and flooring the 23rd of december. Mike came out to my home with laminate samples and the next day the work started and finished in one day. I was amazed. Mike promised that the work would be done and it was. The install were very professional aand knew what they were doing. The laminate and installation were a reasonable price. Thank you to Mikes carpet and flooring for doing a great job and for doing it in a short time.

We have had wonderful service from Mike's Carpet & Flooring.The owner, Mike is very helpful. He was more than willing to come out to our home and give us a free estimate for both laminate and carpet-he came on time and brought samples with him. The price was reasonable. I had other estimates from other companies and Mike was able to match all the price and gave me a discount. The installers showed up on time. They did a great job-amazing workmanship. They paid attention to detail. They removed my old carpet in living room, bedrooms and stairs. They installed Jatoba laminate in the living room and bedrooms and installed new ice mocha carpet for the stairs. My home looks modern, my bedroom look warm and more cozy. I am satisifed. I would recommend Mikes carpet and flooring. Whatever style you want, they will take care of you.

I put up my home for sale but it was not selling. I knew I had renovate a few things. I visited MIke's Carpet & Flooring-they had a wide variety of selection at the show room. Mike came to my home the next day to look at the job to give me an estimate. It turned out that Mike is well experienced in real estate and advised me what I should do. Within in a week the floors were changed in the entire house and the walls were painted. My home looks beautiful. It loos brand new. I am so glad I upgraded. I know now that I can sell. It does not look dark and old. It looks and feels bright and fresh. I will keep you updated on when it sells.

I hired Mike to change the flooring in my home office. I had carpet. The installer ripped up the old carpet and installed hardwood brazillian Teak. The work was done in a timely manner. I was able to go in the office and continue my work the following day. I highly recommend Mike's Carpet & Flooring and I would hire this company again.
