I had a sewer smell coming from the floor drain in the basement and I needed to know what the cause was and where to start digging up the concrete to gain access if that was required. Roy brought in his camera, checked the drains right out to the street and identified the problem showing me exactly where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. This smell has been intermittant over the years and I've just been covering up the drain in the meantime. Now I can fix it once and for all.

Roy quickly determined and corrected the problem after snaking the sewer line followed by sending a camera down. Roy provided good service and fair rates. When it was discovered that we would need to snake the sewer if the camera inspection was to be of any value, Roy provided the service for $40, which is cheaper than going to Home Depot to rent the snake yourself. Good value and the problem has been solved for the time being. When the roots grow back, I will call Roy again.
