After many years in Toronto, we finally found an excellent and experienced plumber. Jim Manners did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation and he is coming back next month to do our next bathroom as well. He installed what seemed to be a complicated shower system with many valves without a problem. I should add that he is a very pleasant person to deal with.

We have been using Manners since 2007. And we had more plumbing issues in 2008 and we call Manners. He has a number of people working for him who are good plumbers. Manners is honest and helpful. The only drawback is his telephone answering services - and you have to call them at least twice before Manners calls you back. If you have complex and on-going issues, Manners is perfect. We trust him so much we will never use anyone else again.

We rely on Manners Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. They are very responsive and their expertise is obvious. Unlike some service people, Manners never charges us for unnecessary visits in fact, on more than one occasion they have given us free advice over the phone(that city would unblock a drain for free, advice on our water heater). I recommend Manners without reservation.
