Garnet showed up within a couple hours of my call, on Easter weekend, to fix my fridge. He had correctly guessed what the problem was from the information I gave him on the phone, and fixed it quickly. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and gave me information about my own fridge. I highly recommend this company.

called a couple of places , one was suppose to come but couldn't make it for the time I needed so I called Lazer and Garnet came within 2 hours. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Great service.

Mr Garnet would show you what is the problem then let you know in advance what the cost is before hand and immediately fix the problem once you give him the go ahead.

I called Lazer appliance when i had purchased a new gas dryer. I needed the old one unhooked from the gas line and the new one installed. I called on a Monday afternoon and booked an appointment for Tuesday evening. The service man was on time and the job was completed quickly. Excellent service very polite and friendly.

Garnet has served my clients for the past 20 years. When you call, he will make an appt. and come (usually earlier) or on time. His level of expertise is superb. His friendly manner and attitude are great when you are stressed. If it is not worth repairing he is quick to tell you and will often suggest the best new model to buy. He doesn't sell appliances - just fixes them.
