Jans Awning just restored our 28 year old 10x10 ft roll shutter by replacing worn slats. Looks and works like new again. Price was reasonable, schedule was very good and service was excellent. They have made a couple minor repairs over the years and have always provided the same high level of service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for roll shutter installation and service.

Jan's removed and reinstalled the awning after having our roof replaced. The two young men who did the work were excellent, shifted all the furniture and did all that was necessary to get our awning back in place and working properly, even vacuuming the patio when they were finished. A great job, and very well priced. Thanks for a job well done, just in time for us to relax under the awning during this heat wave.

I contacted these folks to get a quote on Aluminum Awnings over our front & back steps. They contacted me quickly and gave me a competitive quote. Due to the Covid issues, we arranged the Installation for the fall which suited us. They crew arrived and did a great job on the installation and clean up. They clearly explained the work and I found them to be very professional. I can highly recommend them.

Jan’s Awnings was hired to install new railings and an awning on our deck.
We were very impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail the team employed when installing the multi angled deck. We have had many compliments when people see these new railings.
The new awning was a long time in coming (about 10 months). This was not the fault of Jan’s but rather a supply chain problem; however, Jan’s did not keep us in the loop and we would only find out what was happening when we contacted them. Over the ten months, we would contact them every few months only to be told that the material was coming (eventually). We were ready to cancel the awning and when Jan’s realized how frustrated we were, installation finally took place.
After it was installed, we realized the placement was incorrect. One third of the deck was uncovered while the stairs were covered. When we called a crew came out fairly quickly and remedied our complaint.
Now we love the railings and the lighted awning.

This was a highlight of our pandemic year! Job came out and immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the product. It was easy to feel that this investment was going to be worthwhile. With snow still on the deck, the workmen came and installed our new awning. They took time at the end and made sure all our questions were answered. It looks beautiful and we can't wait until the weather warms and we can use it.

Herman replaced all of the windows and doors in our house 11 years ago and 4 years ago installed the retractable screens and phantom screens surrounding our backyard patio. Jans installed 3 windows and are building a screened florida room with motorized screens and glass knee walls. Two years ago, Jans supplied and installed a remote controlled awning. All 6 workers used on the jobs have been courteous & professional and their workmanship is perfect. Communication with Jans office staff and salespeople is excellent. Living in this house for 40 years and having done many improvements (and some twice), I can truly say, Jans is one of the two best contactors of the dozens we've used. They will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right and to the clients satisfaction.

Jan's were prompt and provided excellent service. Fixed the arm on awning which was not level. The first company we used to put up our awning refused to fix it as they said it as too difficult. Jan's had it done in a couple of hours. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
