We had seen kitchen pantries in Italy which offered pull-out drawers, and the ability to store heavy items like an Instapot. Our existing Pantry had structural limitations. We went to an Italian kitchen design firm in Toronto and they weren't interested in our business. They could/would not quote on custom sizes. Albert was able to custom design an "insert" to fit within the cupboard, and it accommodated all of our supplies, trays, etc. Brilliant design, and far more functional. Now we have cereal containers that are easily accessed.

inova diversified , who had made 2 custom full wall cabinets for me in the past continued to provide excellent service. quality products, good advice and workmanship for this project. my home is old and there isn't a plumb floor or wall in the house yet they were able to accommodate this as well as saving the tiles from the previous kitchen which i didn't want to loose. additionally the space we had to work with was very tight, so a 1/2 inch one way or the other was critical. they met all the design criteria &house idiosyncrasies (including multiple changes/adaptations) on budget and on time and with patience and goodwill. 10 /10

I had Inova build my kitchen cabinets three years ago. I decided to have some additional cabinetry built because I liked the originals so much and they were so well made they still look brand new.
I ordered a custom cupboard with a built in ventilation system, a device that made it easy for me to move my refrigerator, and a rolling kitchen island. When the original island was installed, it wasn't exactly to the specifications I ordered, so Albert and the crew rebuilt it to match my requirements exactly. The new one is beyond perfect. I am so happy with it. All my countertop appliances fit perfectly into the drawers as though it were custom made for them. (Well, it was, actually) and my kitchen looks so perfect I plan never to cook in it again. Thank you, Albert, Wendy and the Inova team. You made me ridiculously happy today.

This is the second time we have used Inova. First time was over 12 years ago, and I remember the great workmanship of this company, so I decided to call them back for this smaller project.

I didn't have to look around, or compare prices, I knew I was going to get exactly what I wanted when I contacted them.

I was looking for a odd size book shelf for my young sons playroom
to be made all in one piece. It measured 105 inches wide, so it was quite a wide, book/toy shelf. The strength was very important, so any bookshelf purchased at a larger box store wouldn't work.

I drew the design and emailed it. We confirmed the design in person, and after 2 months it was completed.
This is a busy shop, so be prepared to be patient (I should have been a bit more patient, but was excited to put this room back together again),

I'd seen some modern kitchen cabinets in primary colours with a shiny finish in the window of INOVA, and I thought I'd get an estimate from them. I knew from other people that I'd have to be prepared to wait a bit to get them built, and so I was prepared for that. The estimate was fairly reasonable, and they were really painstaking about coming to measure and re-measure, which I appreciated, because I have an older building and nothing is level, straight or at right angles. I had four pre-installation visits, but it was worth it. In the end, I waited three months from the time I placed my order till the cabinets were installed. The installation took exactly the length of time they estimated - three days. I'm glad I agreed to let them handle the installation, plus the plumbing and electrical, because coordinating the installation with my plumber and electrician would have been a nightmare. Their trades were really nice guys, and the result was a seamless job. Best of all, they cleaned up really well before they left.
The boss came and supervised the work crew every day, and did a fair amount of the work himself. It really was a good job from beginning to end, and I would recommend Inova for custom kitchen cabinets that won't break the bank. I wanted a kind of non-traditional look and the result is exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Albert and Wendy, and the whole Inova crew, for everything. I'm so happy with the finished product.

Used Inova for a complete kitchen renovation 4 years ago. Great value for the price. They made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and ended up with a custom kitchen including pantries, corner curio cabinet, magazine rack and crown moulding for a great price. Would like to use them again for another kitchen redo (different house) but they are a little slow with responding these days.

Had living room cabinets and dining room buffets made to order by Inova. They will build to your design in choice of finishes good quality pieces at reasonable prices. They also will help with advice and design. Highlt recommended

They came in and did a great job with everything. I really do not see what these people are saying about bad quality. They were very friendly and everything was amazing 9on time. You would never get quality like this from IKEA!

Our new kitchen was designed to our specifications by Alan Glennie. His ideas were excellent and we were quite inspired by his suggestions. The kitchen was installed in only two days - a team came in and worked efficiently. Materials were top quality, the hardware most impressive. Everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with and the kitchen turned out even better than we imagined.

What a disappointing experience. We're still waiting for shelves for one cabinet. We had them install the cabinets and honestly they were crooked, the corner countertop or cabinet had mismatched angles and if I hadn't noticed it and pointed it out they would have walked away with the work done shoddily. I was pushed for payment even though the work was not completed and although I've called repeatedly I still have not received shelves that we paid for and were promised 4 months ago. The cabinet doors don't look like they are going to last - they are already chipped from normal wear.

Kitchen cabinets provided by Inova. It is now 8 months since the cabinets were installed - the laminate is peeling off the doors and becoming discoloured. The cabinets will not stand up to normal kitchen wear. We were told that the colour of the cabinets were going to deepen to the colour that we had chosen and were shown. No. They won't - they are not the wood laminate that were were shown - they are a diiferent type of wood.
