We got all of our windows replaced in June 2014. Mike and Tony did an excellent job. They were on time and were very professional. While installing our windows they explained why we had problems with our previous windows and what they were doing differently on this installation so we don't encounter the same problems. I noticed a difference right away once the windows were installed. My house felt less drafty. I would recommend Inline Fiberglass as the windows are solid. Tom, Mike and Tony are great to deal with.

We had windows installed by Inline Fiber Glass. We were very happy with the installers, Mike and Tony, and the windows. Their lead time was a bit longer than some others companies but you can't beat the quality of fiber glass windows. It was well worth the wait. They will last us a lifetime.

I was researching for window replacement and came upon Inline. Bernard was extremely helpful in educating and presenting me with the best solution within my budget. I was so comfortable with this company that I did not research for more quotes.

The installation team was very professional and amazing to work with. They took extra care to respect my house while installing all my windows/patio door. I chose Inline because I had heard wonderful things about their product -- not just from this site, but also from a friend who is a builder and uses Inline. I also liked that they are a Toronto based company.

When I was getting quotes from contractors for my reno, one of them warned me that Inline's products are great but customer service is horrible. Unfortunately, I chose to ignore him and go ahead with inline, and thought I had allowed enough extra time for wiggle room in case the service was indeed poor.

Sadly, I should have listened to that contractor. The company was happy to take our money and told us it would be ready in 8 weeks. Of course, 8 weeks came and went and now, many weeks past our completion date, they are telling us that their production line is down and 8 weeks was only a minimum/estimate. It's almost November and now I think our whole reno has to go on hold until the summer, as we are widening the opening/removing brick to put in the doors. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

I'm hoping the quality of the product truly makes up for the disappointing service. I'm giving them a 5 rating on faith that that I will love the product. No points for service.

I just wanted to give you feedback on our new windows. I was well worth the wait.
We have to tell you they look stunning. We are extremely pleased on how the house was transformed into a sharp looking one. Not to mention the noise reduction and the energy savings we will benefit from. Your trusted installers, Mike and Tony and their 2 employees were a joy to work with. Very talented, professional, accommodating and good people.

I have been in the renovation and custom build industry my whole life. When it came time to build our own dream home we looked at many window company's.Through research and some very good recommendations we picked Inline to supply all the custom windows for our project. The energy rating and the very slim profiles made them the perfect fit for our contemporary look. When it came time to install the feature window, 5' wide x 17' tall in the front of the house with only two large pains of glass ,each weighing 475 LBs I was a little apprehensive on how it would go. Inlines installer John of almost 30 years showed up to do the job and my reservations disappeared.
Methodical, professional and tons of experience the install went perfectly and the window is spectacular. I could not be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend Inline for any window requirements.

My doors took longer than expected but they are really different than standard doors and perfect for my application. I also purchased 26 Inline windows 15 years ago and they still look like new. Fibreglass is a great material.

We selected the Inline Fiberglass windows for our cottage on Georgian Bay. The product was outstanding,aesthetically appealing, well priced and great quality.
