A big thank you and kudos to Camila, Bolo and Heather, and Crystal in the Resolution department. They went out of their way to help us replace a new LG dishwasher that just did not clean well. LG was not helpful at all, but these HD representatives stepped up with professionalism and kindness and empathy, and go the job done.
