I had used George Kent 30 years ago to replace some windows. A neighbour used them this summer to replace his eaves troughs and recommended them. They gave me a very competitive price quote. They arrived at 8:30 and had the job completed by 3:00. They made some excellent suggestions such as adding an extra downspout which spilled onto the back lawn as well as improving the appearance of eaves troughs at the front corner of the house. Rick, the salesman, dropped by about 12:30 to check on the progress which I appreciated. Great crew ... answered my inquisitive questions & thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Great experience ... can't think of anything anything I'd change. My house looks brand new!

We had a major job with George Kent - we did our roof and insulation first and the crew was amazing. Roof looks great and we have a lifetime warranty. Then we did the eaves, soffit and Facia. Another great crew and so fast and efficient. Then we had all our windows done and Lonnie and the crew did a fabulous job. The house looks great and we've had so many compliments. The communication from Maria in the office was amazing. We would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I had been shopping for a window company for over 2 years and I was so pleased after I followed up with a recommendation for George Kent. Mr. Kevin Kennedy took the time to answer my zillions of questions both in person and over emails. His responsiveness is to be commended.

Many window companies wanted me to have all of my windows replaced at once so they could make it worth THEIR time, but Mr. Kennedy was understanding and recommended I start with two windows to make sure I was satisfied with the work and product.

Exactly six weeks after signing, Jesus and his son arrived, spent 3 hours for the installation, and left everything tidy. I have beautiful vinyl windows with wood trim. This was a brick to brick installation.

I'm really looking forward to getting the rest of my windows replaced by George Kent.

I moved into an older home and one of the items from my home inspection was to top up the attic insulation. I requested a quote through Home Depot and was put in touch with Anthony from George Kent Home Improvements. Anthony came out and gave me an estimate and my options - we ended up going with a full insulation removal and new blown insulation added. Anthony also let us know that this could qualify us for a rebate through an energy auditor and got us in touch with the right company to do that as well. I highly recommend Anthony and his team.

The people at George Kent were extremely professional and courteous from top to bottom.
Their onsite staff were on time, clean and worked efficiently and effectively without any site supervision.

I chose George Kent to replace my windows, as well as my patio, front and storm doors based on reviews that I read online and my salesperson Jim. Jim very patiently explained all aspects of the various windows and doors available and provided me with a quote the day after we met. He was very flexible in scheduling, and opened the showroom to me on a weekend to view all of my options. There was never any pressure to make a decision. Lonnie and his boys were very pleasant, installed everything efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up inside the house and outside. After they left, I found that they had even moved my washer back into place under the window in my laundry room without my asking! When I had a couple of questions after the installation, Jim responded the same day, came to my house the following day and provided immediate answers. Maria was very pleasant in scheduling my installation, and also helped out with a small matter that arose after the installation. While I deferred my installation to the new year, I understand that the installers were working weekends during the very busy weeks leading up to Christmas, which demonstrates excellent customer service. I also had the insulation topped up in my attic, and was pleased with the work. I feel very confident in highly recommending George Kent!

Was very happy with the work done to replace shingles in July 2016. The roofers did an excellent job and they were pleasant. Took about 3 days to do 2 town homes. They were tidy. At the end of each work day they cleaned up all debris and put away work equipment. You would never know there was work being done as it was so cleaned up, the bin in the driveway was the only indication of that. Gardens stayed in tact as well, no damage there. So thank you for a fantastic job! Anthony was our contact. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Provided all the information regarding what would take place in the replacement of the roof in detail along with detailed quote. He also came out to inspect when the roof was complete.
