Furnace turned on intermittently. Fixed a loose wire in the thermostat. Also did previously scheduled Fall maintenance. Educated me on how to increase/decrease airflow to the 2nd floor. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and helpful training/education provided.

I called Jessie first thing in the morning and he gave me some helpful feedback. I placed the service call after lunch and he arrived an hour later. Our ice machine wasn't working and Jessie determined that the water line was frozen causing the fan to stop working creating the jackhammer sound we heard in the morning. It also affected the cooling of the fridge. Our ice machine has been repaired on 2 previous occasions; however, Jessie was reluctant to repair it again based on how some of the wiring had been compromised and cut in the past. We really appreciated his candor. If he wasn't confident, why should we be? He shared is product knowledge in answering our questions about what replacement fridges he would recommend when that day comes. In summary, Jessie was prompt, thorough, efficient and likeable ... qualities that will warrant him a return call when we have the need for his services!

Upgraded my 20 year old furnace to a high efficiency unit after checking out several vendors. High Efficiency wasn't the cheapest option but I opted for the Carrier brand reputation & the sales approach by Charton who was easily the best as he gave me complete confidence in how the furnace would be installed. The venting was very complicated but he detailed it perfectly. The other companies were not as specific leaving me questioning what the ceiling in my finished basement would look like. Just needed a small inconspicuous grill The installers came ready to work and completed the installation efficiently, in a timely manner and answered my questions. Cleanup afterwards was as expected. This company knows their stuff!! VERY IMPRESSED!!

I had used George Kent 30 years ago to replace some windows. A neighbour used them this summer to replace his eaves troughs and recommended them. They gave me a very competitive price quote. They arrived at 8:30 and had the job completed by 3:00. They made some excellent suggestions such as adding an extra downspout which spilled onto the back lawn as well as improving the appearance of eaves troughs at the front corner of the house. Rick, the salesman, dropped by about 12:30 to check on the progress which I appreciated. Great crew ... answered my inquisitive questions & thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Great experience ... can't think of anything anything I'd change. My house looks brand new!

Upgraded my electrical panel from fuses to circuit breakers. Their 'Master' electrician worked diligently and completed the work is less time than planned. Did a thorough check that everything was working and cleaned up the working area. Would heartily recommend them.

I found Spring Home on Homestars. Most complete furnace servicing I've ever had. Thoroughly tested, cleaned and serviced my furnace & provided a full report of findings on the invoice. Only company that has ever recommended that I have an extra grate installed in my furnace room to improve airflow which makes total sense. They sent an e-mail prior to the call confirming rates and details. Serviceman called just prior to arrival. Office staff were very helpful. Very professional. Heartily recommend!!

My neighbour & I got 3 quotes and selected Park Paving based on price and our understanding of how Vito ran his business. (He could have expanded and had another crew but he liked to personally be on site when the work was being done). My wife has chemical sensitivity health challenges and he was understanding and accommodating about that which we greatly appreciated. Vito answered our many questions, had excellent suggestions and his crew did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the street cleaner than when they arrived.
