Ordered windows as part of the Green ON back in February and was told 10-12 weeks. We were also in the middle of a bathroom reno and so had to put finishing that off until our window was in. In May I heard nothing and after a couple of emails to them someone finally responded. I was told manufacturing delays and a few more weeks. June and July no follow up or response. So I emailed again and after another couple of no response emails I was told mid August for installation. Mid August has come and gone, I emailed twice and still waiting for a response. I have been very patient and understanding with the delays and the change in the rebate program but this is very unprofessional. An update or returning emails is the least they can do considering I have been waiting 6 months for windows!!

I apologize for the delays and our inability to provide better you with better updates but we have encountered unprecedented delays from our manufacturer because of the huge success of the Green Ontario program. It is virtually impossible for our supplier to give us expected delivery dates until a few days before the windows are produced.
We originally expected some additional delays of 4-6 weeks but what we did not know were the thousands of orders that had been placed by other dealers in the months of January and February.Anyway I would appreciate it if you called my cell number 416-994-9799 so I can explain in more detail and also so I can identify your order and try to get an update on its status.
